These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made directly through teatromarco.com and your use of Teatro Marco’s online ticketing services. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with our Ticketing & Admission Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Ticket Purchases

Before completing your purchase, please review the production, performance date, showtime, ticket quantity, price, and any other details shown during checkout.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Ticket availability is subject to the remaining capacity of each performance.

2. Prices & Payment

Ticket prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Online payments may be processed through PayMongo or another authorized payment service provider.

Teatro Marco does not require access to your complete card, bank, e-wallet, or other sensitive payment credentials in order to process your ticket purchase.

3. E-Tickets

E-tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

You may present your e-ticket directly from your phone at the Teatro Marco ticketing table. Printing is not required unless otherwise stated.

Please keep your ticket and QR code private. A ticket that has already been successfully redeemed may no longer be used for admission.

4. Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid only for the production, performance date, and showtime indicated on the ticket.

Tickets may not be reproduced, duplicated, altered, or sold through unauthorized channels.

Teatro Marco may verify ticket information before granting admission.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

Requests to transfer a ticket to another available performance are subject to availability and approval and should be made as early as possible before the original performance.

If a performance is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed, affected ticket holders will be contacted and informed of the available options.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Philippine law.

6. Invite Codes, Discounts & Promotions

Invite Codes, promotional rates, discount codes, presales, and similar offers may be subject to additional conditions, validity periods, availability, or eligibility requirements.

Invite Codes may be used to identify the actor, artist, or participating member who invited the ticket buyer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, entering an Invite Code does not automatically provide a discount.

7. Admission & Theatre Rules

Ticket holders are subject to Teatro Marco’s admission, venue, safety, and audience policies.

Performances are recommended for audiences ages 13 and up.

Teatro Marco may refuse or discontinue admission when reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance with law, prevention of fraud, or serious disruption of a performance.

8. Performance Changes

Live theatre is subject to change. Cast members, creative personnel, running time, staging, programme details, and other production elements may change when reasonably necessary.

Reasonable production changes do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund, except where required by law or where Teatro Marco specifically offers one.

9. Website Information & Errors

Teatro Marco aims to keep production information, schedules, prices, and ticket availability accurate and up to date.

If a genuine technical, pricing, scheduling, or publishing error occurs, Teatro Marco may correct the information and contact affected customers when necessary.

If an error materially affects an already confirmed purchase, Teatro Marco will provide appropriate options consistent with applicable law.

10. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

These Terms & Conditions primarily apply to tickets purchased directly through teatromarco.com.

Tickets purchased through third-party platforms may also be governed by that platform’s own terms, service fees, payment procedures, cancellation rules, and privacy practices.

11. Website & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Teatro Marco’s website content, branding, graphics, photographs, production materials, written content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without permission.

Rights belonging to guest productions, artists, photographers, designers, licensors, and other third parties remain with their respective owners.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website and ticketing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Updates to These Terms

Teatro Marco may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, ticketing procedures, website, or applicable requirements.
