Important information about your tickets, admission, and what to expect when visiting Teatro Marco.
E-Tickets
E-tickets are sent to the email address provided during checkout. You may present your e-ticket directly from your phone at the Teatro Marco ticketing table. No printing is required.
Each ticket is valid only for the production, performance date, and showtime indicated on the ticket.
Please do not publicly share or post your ticket or QR code. Each valid ticket may only be admitted once.
Performance Date & Time
Please check your selected show date and time carefully before completing your purchase.
Requests to move tickets to another performance are subject to availability and approval. If you need assistance, contact us as early as possible through Facebook/Messenger or email us.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
If a performance is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed, affected ticket holders will be contacted using the information provided during checkout and informed of the available options.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
Admission
Doors
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving early for ticket verification and seating.
Seating
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated for a particular production.
Audience Age
Performances are recommended for audiences ages 13 and up.
Latecomers
Late admission is not guaranteed. Depending on the production, latecomers may only be admitted at an appropriate point in the performance.
Inside the Theatre
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be placed on silent mode during the performance.
- Please avoid unnecessary noise or behavior that may disrupt the performers or other audience members.
- Photography, video recording, and audio recording during the performance are not allowed unless specifically authorized.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the theatre.
- Only food and drinks purchased from Teatro Marco may be brought inside the theatre.
- Pets are not allowed inside the theatre, subject to applicable accessibility requirements.
Senior Citizen & PWD Discounts
For applicable Senior Citizen and PWD discounts, please contact us before purchasing through Facebook/Messenger or email us.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased through third-party ticketing platforms may also be subject to that platform’s own terms, fees, refund procedures, and other policies.
Right of Admission
Teatro Marco may refuse or discontinue admission when reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance with law, or to prevent serious disruption to a performance.
