KATEATRO CIRCLE

What is it?

Kateatro Circle is our advocacy arm for independent Filipino creators. It is a free membership program designed to give the rebels, the experimenters, and the storytellers access to a space that actually supports them.

Who belongs in the Circle?

  1. QUALIFY: You or your group must fall under one of our three pillars:
    • FRESH STORIES: Creators of original Filipino plays, one-act experiments, and contemporary narratives.
    • BRAVE ACTS: Performance artists, stand-up comics, drag performers, improv troupes, and other fringe acts.
    • COMMUNITY BUILDER: Organizers of intimate gigs, indie film screenings, or other events that advocate indie art.
  2. APPLY: No Fees. No fees. Submit your Artistic Profile via this link for a one-time review.
  3. JOIN: Once approved, receive your Kateatro Circle ID that you can use for reservations.
    • NOTE: Membership slots are limited per annual season to ensure quality support for every partner. Applicants who are not selected for the current season will be moved to our Priority Waiting List.

What do I get if I join?

  • Full Production Access: Book the theater for different purpose including usage of DMX lighting, professional audio, and staging.
  • Inside Track: Early access to seasonal promos, discounts, and exclusive community events.
  • Partnership Models: Eligibility for co-productions or profit-sharing proposals.
  • Marketing Support: Promotion via Teatro Marco newsletters, social media, and bulletin boards.
